Shipping within the UK is FREE!
There is always a free shipping option available plus you can choose to upgrade to various tracked delivery options based on the total weight of the items in your basket. You can check which of these options is available for your order by clicking on ‘view basket’ and ‘calculate shipping.’
Shipping costs for orders placed outside of the UK will depend on which country you are ordering from and the total weight of all the items in your basket so to get an accurate estimate just add all the items you wish to purchase to the basket, click on ‘view basket’ and select ‘calculate shipping.’ Enter your country to get your shipping quote.
We accept payments through Paypal so that all purchases are covered by Paypal’s buyer protection scheme.
If you wish to use a credit/debit card instead of your Paypal account balance, or perhaps you don’t have a Paypal account, you can chose ‘login as a guest’ at the Paypal checkout.
In the event that a component has accidentally (we are human!) not been included in your kit please get in touch with us using the contact form to the right to let us know what is missing and we will ship them out ASAP with our sincere apologies.

Please use the contact form opposite to let us know what you have mislaid or what mishap has caused you to require a spare component or two (we promise we won’t laugh!) You will receive a Paypal invoice quoting the price for the specific items you need and a small postage fee (£1.30 to the UK, £3.80 to outside of the UK.)

You can use the website contact form opposite or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us as many high resolution photos of your kit (front and back) as possible and as much detail about how the unit is behaving. We will take a good look for you to see if we can spot anything awry and may ask you for further information so that we can suggest things to check based on what we think might be causing your problem. We will do our best to get your kit working for you via online messaging, however you are welcome to send your unit in to us at any point for further testing.
If you wish to return your kit for testing you will need to pay the postage fee. However if we find that you have received faulty components we will refund this for you plus offer you a repair or replacement.
Yes we do!!
We can provide a large quantity of kits at reduced prices for schools, makerspace groups, workshops and so on. Our standard discount is 10% off orders of 10 or more kits and 20% off orders of 25 or more kits. It may also be possible to make adjustments to the kits to meet your requirements.
